APW Wyott DR-2A "Mr. Frank" Hot Dog Broiler with Bun Holder 120V
With its large interior and durable, stainless steel racks, the APW Wyott DR-2A "Mr. Frank" hot dog broiler can hold up to 48 hot dogs. The broiler's heating system can be set to broil temperatures for cooking hot dogs in less than 15 minutes, and then turned down to safe holding temperatures for serving customers. The open front of the broiler lets you load and serve without turning off the heating elements. This also allows you to remove the racks for easy cleaning. The APW Wyott DR-2A "Mr. Frank" hot dog broiler is UL and NSF Listed, and has a 120V, 1310 watt, 10.9 amp electrical rating. The display broiler has a stainless steel body. Features tempered glass and removable wire baskets. It also has a side mounting motor and controls. The bun heater has a stainless steel body with a hinged door. The broiler is 120 volt, 1310 watt, 10.9 amps. The bun heater is non-electrical. It utilizes the display broiler's heat to operate. The broiler holds 32 regular or 16 foot-long links. When stacking, the unit holds 48 regular or 24 foot-long links. The bun heater holds 36 standard hot dog buns. 60 lb.s (for both pieces included).
