A good buy, but quirky
I've had my Archos 70 for about a week now. I bought it because I desperately wanted an Android gadget, but I didn't want to pay for a monthly smartphone data plan. I chose the Archos brand because I was familiar with Archos' previous android tablet. I purchased the 8GB version.

Archos provides the seemingly unthinkable: a capacitive 7" Android tablet for $275...under $300! However, is it worth even that much?

ARCHOS 70 - A good compromise!
With the success of the Apple iPad and the recent surge (again) of tablets since CES 2011, there are a plethora of sizes, shapes and other choices in a tablet computer. Wi-Fi, 3g, HD, dual camera, capacitive, 5 inch, 7 inch, 10 inch...the list goes on and on.

Great Product For The Money!
Had my Archos 70 for about a week and simply LOVE IT! The screen is excellent, snappy performance, runs Adobe Flash (Froyo 2.2), plays all kinds of music and video files.
