Pros Very comfortable, sleek, durable, inexpensive, and stylish.
Cons Shiny black leather finish wears quickly once it starts to go.

I want to make it clear that I did not actually purchase these shoes online from Haband, I bought them a while back from Wal-Mart but they are the same shoes so I think my opinion here is relevant.
