I got this Haier HLT71 7” portable TV for Christmas. While I don’t plan on using it while traveling, it will do nicely to replace the 5” B&W TV I had in my dining area. I always watch the morning news while eating breakfast to check on the weather and to see if the trains are... Read full review »

I bought this TV in anticipation of the digital switch-over to replace a battery powered analog set for use in emergencies and power outages.  From the day I got it, this TV has never received ANY stations using the built-in antenna.  I initially bought a separate antenna, but that didn't help so I... I purchased this t.v. to be able to take it along for camping. Unfortunately the reception in my area (Toledo, Ohio) is so poor with the external antenna provided that it does not pull in anything! When hooked up to an external antenna or cable it works well. I now have it sitting on my desk,... Read full review »

Bought this as a Christmas present to replace a cheapo black and white portable set for next big power outage (like hurricane Ike).  The set won't pick up any signals and I live in a strong signal area of Houston.  I do not want to use on cable system as when power to my home is out, the...
