Run away!
I ordered 8 of these drives for a RAID application in November 2003. By June 2004, four of them had failed. Junk Drives
I have purchased 4 Maxtor drives, one of them was a MaXLine, 2 of the others have failed and this one is now clicking. Just waiting for it to fail.
