I purchased this Plasma TV from the Good Guys in January '04. In January '05 it went "BZZT" and stopped working. Since it was slightly over a year old at that point, my Good Guys Extended Service Plan is supposed to cover the repairs. Unfortunately, they have thus far taken 6 weeks (!!) and have not yet fixed the set - they think now it may be the panel itself and do not have an ETA for repairing or replacing it.
