wear it over a winter cap and it's OK
I recently bought this item at overstock for 25 dollars and found that, like the other 2 reviewers, it is very uncomfortable to use because of the earbuds that protude into one's ear canal.

Painful headaches
You have 2 choices with this headset -- have it too loose that it falls off your head or have it tight enough to stay on your head but it creates such a headache and earache after 1/2 hour that you'd think this was a torture device.
